I had the pleasure of illustrating a guest hotel map, with two seasonal variations, for The Peaks Resort & Spa hotel in Colorado, US. They asked me to create a map that showed their extensive hotel buildings, including "See Forever Village", a series of exclusive cabins that are bookable for larger groups, alongside the main hotel building and also the hotel's context in its beautiful Colorado mountain surroundings. They wanted the buildings clearly labelled so that guests can easily navigate between areas.
I created summer and winter variations to show their guests the range of activities available at different times of the year
Above is the summer variation of the map, showing their extensive tennis courts, heated pool and hot tub and the start of their golf course
Above is the winter variation of the map, showing the ski-in ski-out accessible pathways for winter sports and the helicopter pad for Helitrax tours
